Bavarian shore
Wasserburg on Lake Constance
Church, castle and shore path sit on a narrow peninsula — water on three sides, vineyards on the fourth.
A peninsula pointing into the water · Best time: Early summer, late afternoon

The place
Wasserburg is small and therefore concentrated. The peninsula carries church and castle close together, with the lake opening in both directions behind them. With almost no traffic, it stays relatively quiet even in summer — good for couples who don't want a backdrop with an audience.
The light
Because water surrounds the peninsula, there is a soft-lit side at almost any hour. In the evening the sun settles behind the shore trees and draws long shadows across the meadow in front of the church.

Practical
Parking is limited, distances are short. Couples celebrating here can move straight into portraits without travel time — an advantage worth more on a full wedding day than it first sounds.
