The index of places
The settings.
Lake Constance isn’t one place but a dozen very different ones. This is what each of them offers photographically — when the light stands, where it stays quiet, and what the schedule has to allow for.
I live in Lindau. That isn’t a marketing line but the reason I’m under an hour from most places on this lake — and why I know when the sun stands over which shore.
These pages aren’t travel guides. They are what I would tell a couple on the phone when they ask: “Does our schedule work for this place?”
